Masterclass, Tuesday 24th September 2024, 09:00 – 13:00 UK BST (online).
Strategic planning is often perceived as being difficult and requiring specialist skills – and also as being too challenging or lacking value when the future is so uncertain; leaders can often find it difficult to know how best to go about strategic planning in their organisation, and how to ensure that strategy is managed successfully.
In this Strategy Insights Masterclass we will start from ‘first principles’ and explore what strategic planning is really about and how to approach it effectively (including how to consider the uncertainty of the future). The aim is to stimulate your thinking about what might be the right approach to strategic planning in your organisation (every organisation is different!); the Masterclass will be participative, with opportunities to work and share ideas with other delegates (without disclosing any organisational confidences).
[This Masterclass has been given previously for specific groups, and given the feedback from participants is now being made available for open booking.]
