Group workshop to develop strategic thinking skills – on request.
Strategic thinking is one of the key capabilities required in an organisation for it to be able to develop and manage strategy effectively – yet in all the busyness and day-to-day operational priorities it can often be difficult to find the time and space to allow strategic thinking skills to develop and flourish.
There is also the challenge of engaging strategically as a leadership team, to develop the ability and trust (and create the space) to be able to have open conversations about strategy.
This Strategy Challenge workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for senior management teams to practice and develop their strategic thinking skills – individually and collectively. It gives a ‘safe space’ and uses examples designed to ‘stretch the strategic thinking muscles’ – a step away from the specifics of the organisation and its current issues, but helping to develop the strategic thinking and strategy conversation skills that the team can apply in its own organisation.
The workshop can be tailored (through discussion) to meet specific organisational requirements including using content that mirrors particular aspects of the organisation’s strategic situation.
[This Strategy Challenge workshop has been run previously with specific groups, and given the feedback from participants is now being made available for open booking: details here.]
